Lake Tahoe - One of My Own Personal Wonders of the U.S.

If you ever get a chance to go to Lake Tahoe, I highly recommend it. I am particularly fond of it in the summer, but wouldn't mind seeing it in the winter too. I still think one of my sets of parents need to retire there so we can come visit on a regular basis. It is a very beautiful and fun place, especially if you enjoy camping, hiking, and bears. I did see a baby bear there but didn't get close enough or stick around long enough to find out where it's momma was. But it looked so cute and cuddly.

If I could cut myself out of some of these picture I would. But for now you'll have to deal with my face being colored in.

This is actually the lake. It is very very very very cold even in the summer. This is because it's very very very deep. If I ever go skiing in that lake, I will have a wet suit on.

This isn't actually part of Lake Tahoe, but an hour or two from there in northern California. This wouldn't be a bad place to live either. What a view.

I hope you enjoyed Lake Tahoe as much as I did. And if you haven't been there already, put it on your list of places to go to.
